"It's in te context of tis troublesome past tt te latest incidents ought to be viewed. If every minister has had to deal w tis issue in a major way, it isn't an ad hoc prob.. if te #government wants to satisfy itself tt there're no #systemic issues, it's to go beyond engineer'g matters & take a good hard look at te organisations themselves: #LTA, SMRT & SBS Transit"
