Als gewerblicher Verkäufer bei kleinanzeigen.de muss ich nun für mein gebrauchtes #LSC #MantraLite Lichtpult die „EU-Produktsicherheitsverordnung“ erfüllen.

Das heißt, ich muss die kompletten Kontaktdaten des Herstellers angeben können, die aber der Hersteller in Australien auf seiner Website nicht angeben muss, weil dort keine Impressumspflicht. Außerdem Namen und E-Mail der Geschäftsführung…

Ebenso muss ich die original und irgendwie EU-konformen „Warn- und Sicherheitshinweise“ als Dokumente hochladen.

Das sind nun Pflichtfelder.

Letztendlich hilft nur: Das Gerät ist kaputtgegangen und wurde „entsorgt“ – also gegen Bargeld unter der Hand verkauft. Das ist natürlich illegal weil Steuerhinterziehung.

Eigentlich wollte ich die Kiste nun endlich loswerden, um die sehr solide Rechnung des Steuerbüros gegenzufinanzieren.
