#FACT: Bosses don't give a shit about workers!You can seal a €15M p.a. deal and they won't even give anyone a comission or even 1€ pay raise.
Instead they'd ask if it "was necessary" to spend like €100 on some cake for the entire team to celebrate the success...
Seen that and heard that on multiple occasions.
The only #loyality any employer will get from me is the one we mutually agreed on as per contract.
