Oh lordy. In 30+yrs of playing, I’ve *never* cleaned a fingerboard. 🫤
Well, I’ve just been down the neck of my #Lowden with lighter fluid (not lit!) and then lemon oil, given the whole thing a polish with a dry cloth and treated it to a new set of Elixirs, including dropping a gauge from 13 to 12.
I’m nearly crying. It’s playing and looking so beautiful.
