Me and schedules. Man what an argument that has been!!
Notice that self-mastery/self-awareness doesn't prevent cycle repetition. It doesn't prevent problems. It doesn't prevent growth or learning. It doesn't prevent change. It does not create perfection.
What it does do is it make easier to move through all these things without getting knocked off balance all the time. It creates acceptance and awareness of ourselves within the experience. That allows us to accept the change we need to make instead of arguing with it. It won't prevent the argument entirely, you just won't have to stay there forever and it'll be easier to shift when you see it.
For the last while I've been all over the place in terms of schedules or actually complete lack of them. I'm going to shift that starting today because it's time to allow myself to actually do the things I want to do.
Monday to Friday I send out short emails offering little nuggets of wisdom. They are free and you can sign up on my website at dellawren.com.
Tuesday I have been posting blogs on Uncovering Your Reality and that will continue. They are set up to come to your email if you would like, or you can simply go read them on the website.
Thursday the podcast, Master Your Being, will come out. Patreon subscribers get access to it on Tuesdays!
Thursday is also the day my Patreon subscribers will get an extra blog just for them!
So we're starting in stages. Right now I'm just going to get things out on the right day. I'll work on timing within the day later. Chances are good my timing will be afternoon/evening because I prefer it that way. But one step at a time!
