This where Ireland failsl comprehensively when it comes to regional sports and social facilities. #Louth have two soccer clubs that are regularly struggling with providing quality facilities for their supporters and participats, along with no credible athletics venue. Despite this, the #GAA get the go ahead for a purpose built stadium that will be used for non existent league and minor fixtures. If this was the UK, you would be looking at a multipurpose facility.
