We have received updated information on Italian anarchist prisoner Alfredo Cospito, who is currently being held under the torturous 41bis as legal challenges are being made on his behalf."The national anti-mafia and anti-terrorism directorate wanted to remove 41bis from Alfredo, in favour of high surveillance." However, the Italian Supreme Court has now ruled that #AlfredoCospito must remain under 41bis regime.
