Alan Alejandro “N”, alias “El Wuisi”, fue detenido en Fuentes de Aragón, Estado de México, tras detectarse una orden de aprehensión vigente en Baja California Sur por robo agravado a casa habitación.

Alan Alejandro “N”, alias “El Wuisi”, de 42 años, fue detenido en la colonia Fuentes de Aragón, en Ecatepec, estado de México, luego de que autoridades municipales detectaron que contaba con una orden de aprehensión vigente en Baja California Sur por el delito de robo agravado a casa habitación.
La captura ocurrió después de que elementos de la Policía Metropolitana, el Grupo de Operaciones Especiales y la Fuerza de Tarea Marina intervinieron al hombre por alterar el orden en la vía pública. De acuerdo con la información oficial, el sujeto habría estado bajo los efectos del alcohol y comenzó a ofender y retar a golpes a los uniformados.
Tras su traslado al Juzgado Cívico de Los Arcos, personal de la policía municipal ingresó sus datos al sistema y detectó, mediante una consulta en Plataforma México, que tenía un mandamiento judicial vigente en Baja California Sur.
Detectan orden de aprehensión en Baja California Sur
La orden de aprehensión está relacionada con la indagatoria AGJA/SJC/1052/2025, la causa penal J456/2021 y el NUC SJC/2039/2021, emitidos en San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur.
De acuerdo con la información proporcionada, el mandamiento judicial fue emitido el 9 de junio de 2025 por el delito de robo agravado en casa habitación, presuntamente cometido después de que un huracán provocara afectaciones en la zona.
Una vez confirmada la orden, las autoridades mexiquenses establecieron comunicación con la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) y sus homólogos de Baja California Sur para coordinar la entrega del detenido.
Coordinan traslado a Baja California Sur
Alan Alejandro “N” fue llevado posteriormente ante el Ministerio Público de Las Palmas, donde se realizaron las gestiones para concretar su entrega a las autoridades de Baja California Sur.
Al lugar arribaron agentes de investigación de esa entidad, por lo que se implementó un dispositivo de seguridad con participación de la Fuerza de Tarea Marina, el Grupo de Operaciones Especiales y la Policía Metropolitana, en apoyo al personal de la Unidad de Mandamientos Judiciales de Cabo San Lucas.
El detenido fue trasladado al Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México para posteriormente ser llevado vía aérea a Baja California Sur, donde quedó a disposición de las autoridades correspondientes para ser presentado ante un juez de control. –sn–

Niegan amparo a exalcalde de Los Cabos por proceso penal ante presunto desfalco de 14.1 mdp
El Juzgado Tercero de Distrito en Baja California Sur negó el amparo promovido por el exalcalde de Los Cabos, Óscar Leggs Castro, y el extesorero José Martín Talamantes Geraldo, quienes impugnaban una resolución relacionada con el proceso penal que enfrentan.

El Juzgado Tercero de Distrito en Baja California Sur negó el amparo promovido por el expresidente municipal de Los Cabos, Óscar Leggs Castro, y el extesorero municipal, José Martín Talamantes Geraldo, quienes buscaban dejar sin efectos una resolución vinculada con el proceso penal que enfrentan por el presunto desfalco de más de 14.1 millones de pesos en perjuicio del Ayuntamiento.
La resolución fue emitida dentro del juicio de amparo 1287/2025, en el que ambos exfuncionarios solicitaron la protección de la justicia federal para impugnar actuaciones relacionadas con la causa penal.
Juez considera infundados los argumentos
En la sentencia, el juzgador determinó que los conceptos de violación expuestos por los promoventes resultaron infundados, por lo que resolvió negar el amparo solicitado.
Con esta decisión, permanece vigente la resolución judicial que fue impugnada por los exservidores públicos, lo que permite la continuidad del procedimiento penal.
Proceso por presunto daño al erario
Óscar Leggs Castro y José Martín Talamantes Geraldo son investigados por su presunta responsabilidad en un desfalco superior a 14.1 millones de pesos que habría ocasionado un perjuicio patrimonial al Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos.
La negativa del amparo no constituye una sentencia sobre su responsabilidad penal, sino que confirma la validez de la resolución impugnada dentro del juicio de garantías.
Caso seguirá su curso judicial
Con la resolución del Juzgado de Distrito, el proceso penal continuará conforme a las etapas previstas por la legislación, mientras las autoridades judiciales determinan la situación jurídica de los exfuncionarios.
Hasta el momento, la defensa de Óscar Leggs Castro y José Martín Talamantes Geraldo no ha informado si interpondrá algún recurso contra la sentencia que les negó la protección de la justicia federal. –sn–
