I decided to remove the server domain from Loops Push Notification titles.
I think it's cleaner and less confusing.
Btw, Loops notifications support deep-linking, so when you tap on them, it will take you to the appropriate screen.
If you get a new follower notification, it will take you to their profile, but if you're going viral, we may bundle multiple notifications into one and instead take you to the New Follower Notifications screen.

I just shipped a new Loops TestFlight release with a few bug fixes and improvements
- Added in-app account deactivation and deletion
- Fixed Composer permission bugs
- Fixed Comment submit bug that refreshed timelinesI also re-submitted to App Review, and am working on a new Android APK release (and starting the Android/Play Store submission process)

Why? We're segmenting notifications to prepare for Direct Messages and to show more relevant notifications. Also we now support System notifications in app, and have a "Mark as Read" for New Followers and Activities.

Ok, where do I report the issue re #LoopsApp?
When I tap on the screen to show the ▶️⏸️ buttons, they stay on and don’t go away. Is it just my iPhone?

Vous l’aurez sans doute compris, je ne suis pas créateur de contenus vidéo. Il est même plutôt improbable que je le devienne, même avec des outils libres et auto-hébergeables. Pour autant, ces derniers méritent qu’on en parle. Parce que celles et ceux qui ont des choses à exprimer à l’aide de ce genre de support doivent pouvoir le faire sans nécessairement être contraints pour cela de renforcer un système capitaliste qui se fait de plus en plus flamboyant à mesure que sa fin approche.

Perso, je n’utilise pas les grosses plateformes bouffeuses de données perso tournant à coups d’algorithmes abrutissants, donc je ne pourrai pas vous faire la comparaison avec les applications Instagram, TikTok ou autres. J’imagine que l’apps Loops est sans doute un peu plus rustique, et a sans doute quelques bugs à résoudre, mais c’est déjà dingue qu’elle puisse exister sans une armée de développeurs et des milliards investis dedans.

Uploaded my first @loops video by @dansup today. App keeps getting better (via Test Flight). Kudos!
Cons today: No edit ability after post to add tags or correct spelling and I also get booted out of leaving comments by the app every time the video loops/starts over. I have to compose my comments on short vida in a new window and cut-paste.
