Coyote Vs Acme is funny, heartfelt, insightful, and nostalgic! I'm glad it saw the light of day and I hope more people see it. It's a great movie for just about everybody. 5/5 8D #Thoughts #Reaction #Film #Theater #Ticket #CoyoteVsAcme #LooneyToons
I haven't rooted for a movie this hard since years. I hope it demolishes the box office and is a huge hit. Here's is my new tribute poster to one of my favorite Looney Toons character and one of most anticipated movies of the year, "Coyote Vs. ACME".

This is back when I tried to write myself a guide for the "looney style" I made in a previous post! I was so into the idea of making a guide that I didn't actually know what exactly made sense for the style, but this page is still very cute so I'm going to post it! All I knew is that I wanted it to be based off of the looney toons and rubberhose artstyle.
So, Google tells me that it's "National Cheesecake day," so here's my contribution...
Wait? Did I hear it wrong?

It'd be cool to say that my most enduring and frequent source of media references, in my own mind, in my own headspace, is something like Doctor Who or Trek or Peanuts or Muppets or something, and those are HUGE to me ... but after all these decades, I can acknowledge that nothing will ever un-seat old Warner Brothers cartoons as my most basic framework for understanding the universe.
I want to showcase my 10-yr-old's art work she made for her mom on Mother's Day. There was no tracing involved. Clockwise from top left: Glitch, Original, Melting, and X-ray. #art #looneytoons #cartoon #drawing
Warner Brothers Looney Toons were always an important part of my life. Foghorn Leghorn can attest to that.
Trump: I am confident that Denmark will comply.
Denmark: He don't know me very well, do he? (Bugs bunny, Rebel Rabbit, Short 1949)

It's Saturday morning and back in the day, that meant cartoons. Vote for your favorite Looney Toons anti-hero:

Seguiremos informando.

I don't understand why WBD would shelve a Coyote vs ACME, a $90mil movie that stars Looney Toons characters and John Cena. It would be profitable and it's already complete! Yet another baffling decision.
For those curious, the premise of Coyote vs ACME is based on a The New Yorker article from 1990, which you can read here: https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/1990/02/26/coyote-v-acme
I watched TAZ: QUEST FOR BURGER (2023). Vudu had it for $10. It's a Kindergarten Cop type film. It's funny and heartwarming just like it looks.
