On having an odd number of teams, I would say if Barrow Raiders are the best IMG rated Championship team, they could go up as well, to keep even number of teams. But I've read that Barrow have said their ground isn't Super League ready.
If the Broncos are to stay in the Championship, and they win again like this year, it is going to be a dull season next year, and doesn't build the sport.

I've been reading what Leigh Leopards owner Derek Beaumont has said, and it might surprise some, but I agree with some of what he says about the London Broncos going up to the Super League.
I would not want the London Broncos just to go up, because that's what the NRL want, for putting money into the RFL.
The Australians (and New Zealanders), have never come out in vast numbers to support the London Broncos. There's an Australian/New Zealand team in London, called the Hammersmith Hills Hoists, and they don't get large crowds either.
It would be nice to have the London Broncos back in the Super League, but it has to be on merit, not bought.
Having won everything in the Championship this year, and already having players moving from Super League teams, to the London Broncos next year, on the field the London Broncos cannot do anymore.

On the London Broncos web site the post about not going up into the Super League
'London Broncos Commit to Continued Growth and Future Super League Ambitions
17 October 2025'
Is back on the front of the Home page.
I'm wondering if this means they are not going up?
Am I looking at the points wrong?
The London Broncos have gone down from 14th last year with 12.65 points last year, to 16th this year with 11.65 points.
I know I don't go as often, but I'm sure that isn't going to make the difference in points.
London Broncos graded below Barrow but still set for Super League place

London Broncos win, but still don't know after this year's effort, if they are going up to the Super League.
Jason Demetriou, and some of the players won't be able to celebrate too much, as they have to fly off to Papua New Guinea, to prepare for the World Cup.
Fingers crossed that the London Broncos don't muck up their most important game of the season.

🏉🏉 London Broncos are through to the Rugby League Championship Final 🏉🏉
London Broncos 74 Vs Oldham RLFC 8
The final is going to be London Broncos Vs Doncaster RLFC. Would have been nice to have played Newcastle Thunder, as the London Broncos have not played them, this season.

London Broncos have a lead, fingers crossed they don't blow it in the second half.

I'm hoping the London Broncos can do what Wigan Warriors, Leeds Rhinos, and Newcastle Thunder, couldn't do... Win their game, after having a week off in the playoffs.
London Broncos are playing Oldham RLFC, in the championship playoffs, and Oldham RLFC are the only team to have already beaten the London Broncos, in the league this year.
Kick off is at 3pm at the Cherry Red Stadium.

I'm not happy, the only way to watch the London Broncos Vs Doncaster RLFC, is via the London Broncos app.
I am not going to install an app for one game.
Also it's not on any radio station.
London Broncos win their last game before the playoffs 66 to Swinton Lions 18.
On the TV Rugby League Super League Wakefield Trinity Vs Warrington Wolves.

🤞 For London Broncos to win, as the Widnes Vikings have already given the Broncos a couple of tough games this season.

Well done Oldham RLFC, the London Broncos first loss of the Championship.
Oldham RLFC 34 - London Broncos 24
I think London Broncos needed to lose a game, before the playoffs.
Oldham RLFC Vs London Broncos
Half time and it is a close match, second game in the Championship this season, that London Broncos have had a proper contest.
If the London Broncos win the playoff games, and are aloud back into the Super League, then they are going to have to get a couple of decent kickers. They would have scored over 100 points today, if they had managed to get all their conversions.
I say aloud as the catchment area hasn't changed, neither has ownership of the ground, or the grounds screen. The attendance is still poor, as well. All of these reasons, are part of the reason they failed the Super League IMG rating system, the last time the London Broncos made it to the Super League.
The online following I don't know about, but if they make it back into the Super League, I can at least see the YouTube interaction dropping.
Glad I don't have to be running about on the rugby pitch this afternoon at the Cherry Red Records stadium. It is the London Broncos Vs Goole Vikings, this afternoon.
It is going to be 32'c in the shade.

Something I missed a couple of days ago, a second Warrington Wolves player, Joe Philbin, is going to join the London Broncos at the end of the year.
Toby King is the other Warrington Wolves player, that had signed up earlier this month.

London Broncos won 😀
Midlands Hurricanes 24 Vs London Broncos 62
Toby King (Warrington Wolves), has signed a 2 year deal with the London Broncos, starting 2027.
How much have they changed the criteria for being in the Super League? As apart from owner, and players, most of the other criteria why the London Broncos were dumped out of the Super League hasn't changed.

There's something wrong with the RFL Championship League, obviously I'm not wanting the London Broncos to lose, but they shouldn't win 134 - 0, as they did today against North Wales Crusaders.

The London Broncos keep offering me deals on tickets, and season ticket.
They would have to ban the person with the drum 🥁, for me to think about a season ticket.
Being I'm a miserable old git, I think drums shouldn't be allowed, unless the person banging it, can prove they can be musical.

Half time London Broncos 32 Vs Swinton Lions 6
The London Broncos injury report, from the Challenge Cup game, against the Bradford Bulls.
5 players out, and some might be out for weeks.
At least they don't have a game this weekend.
Okay the London Broncos might not have won, but at least they weren't totally trashed, even with a player down for most of the second half, due to injury's.
When London has a full team, they were leading, so I'm okay with that.
Getting everything crossed, for the London Broncos Vs Bradford Bulls, in the 3rd round of the Challenge Cup.
Hoping London can win, or at least not be hammered. I think London have got more of a chance, than the other Championship League teams, playing Super League teams.
London Broncos 25 and Oldham 8
Next Sunday London are playing the Bradford Bulls, in the Challenge Cup, and I think it's on the BBC iPlayer.
