    @pandoc I also use #Pandoc to clean up .docx files, which often contain a lot of unwanted styles, before using them for import into #Lodel (the #OpenEdition software) and #Pressbooks (for creating #ebooks).

    It's the most powerful cleaning tool I know (see: file.lib.uliege.be/popups/trai).

    pandoc file.docx -o file.md

    pandoc file.md -o file.md.docx

    simpler than that, it doesn't exist!
