Jalopnik: Garage Hit By Derailed Train For The Second Time "A CSX freight locomotive overran the tracks at a railyard, smashed through a fence and then carried 30 feet into a detached garage in Niagara Falls, New York on Monday morning. Personally I think the analogy is good, I worry overly defensive responses reveal there is a problem.
For me, this free house is probably a long way away. You have to pay moving costs, you'll be away from your friends and family, and your current job.
Knowing the neighbourhood is also super-friendly and supportive is not enough. I'd be asking myself about services, schools, jobs etc.
