Honestly, I don't have strong opinions on #localgovt, but the hypocrisy of acting like #ThreeWaters was an imminent threat to democracy, then forcing their own agenda on councils is making me crazy.

Let the #MiningSector fight it in the Courts. The WA Govt’s statements about enacting new legislation to prevent #LocalGovt from rating mining companies is a cleart attempt to circumvent the legal system and therefore #AntiDemocratic and should be deemed #Unconstitutional. IMO.
