The hashtag "All Lives Matter" has been used to water down "Black Lives Matter", and it tends to be used by white supremacists. It's a truthful sentiment, though, but perhaps a better hashtag, free of politics, would be #LivesMatter, #LifeMatters, or #HumanDecency.

I mostly agree with your thinking, but I wouldn't want to see statues of Hitler in public parks. However, yes, everyone is overreacting right now. But history teaches us that's how people act in these situations.
