I'm surprised that, with so many #LiveServiceGames, that the FIFA, Madden, and MLB franchise games are not live service games. All the publishers need to do is release them for free, throw in a season pass, maybe one or two new modes, update the rosters, and a few bug fixes, and they'll have maximized revenue. #VideoGames

Seeing #XDefiant prone to die so soon should bring more 🚩 to the Live Service games.

It's a shame but they self-denied releasing on #Steam, a huge mistake. Gameplay is good but currently you need a lot of content to compete.

Numbers won't improve after Season 4, so this is an L until someone finds the next big thing.

I also believe #ShawnLayden knew that #PlayStation was founded on the back of big narrative giants, but also not neglect Live Service games.

Jim Fucking Ryan decided to go all-in on Live Services.

Corporate greed opted to boot Shawn.

Wow, Concord is cancelled after less than 2 weeks. That's a pretty epic crash and burn.

Maybe this and other recent failures will teach these companies they need to pump the breaks on chasing live service games

Next Live Services

- ⌛ #Marathon
