that sole surviving fry of the super rare and hard to get fish which took me 4 years to track down took nearly 2 years to reach maturity and is indeed a female! now pregnant, after being exposed to the last two male for the past 6 months. separated them just in case anyone decides to go cannibal.
here's for hoping she has no complications with delivery and gives at least one male fry with the spotted gene and a few more females to start a proper colony!

hoping to get my hands on the full red koi albino female line from 2022 this year - no one has imported to europe yet and my patience is running low 😉
