Shutterfly was acquired by #ApolloGlobalManagement a firm co-founded by #LittleStJames frequenting financier Leon Black, who has also faced several sexual misconduct allegations related to Epstein. A federal #lawsuit filed in 2023 accused Mr. Black of raping a 16-year-old autistic girl with Down syndrome in 2002 at Epstein’s infamous #Manhattan lair.
