2/ c'est aussi, et surtout, l'investissement constant dans l’ #hôpitalpublic, et notamment dans les capacités d’accueil en soin intensif. En #France, cette capacité n'a cessé de baisser depuis des années, pour arriver à 3 #lits d'hôpitaux en soins intensifs pour 1.000 habitants.
