**Content:** Mình mới bắt đầu tự code và đang cứp WSL2 + Ollama trên Windows 10. Đã cài đặt xong, nhưng khi mở localhost:11434 từ Windows (Chrome) thì bị lỗi ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
