Temporary solution is to set BIOS to disable wifi when connecting LAN. Or to Boot with LAN already connected.
I even swapped in a new harddisk and tried with a new installation of #linux_mint_22 (same problem) and #LinuxMint21 (no problem).
I suspect it is the newer kernel (afaik 6.3 vs. 5.15). Somebody having a similar problem of even a solution?
Would be nice to usw wifi and LAN simultanously e. g. for router configs and updates.

I suspect it is the newer kernel (afaik 6.8 vs. 5.15). Somebody having a similar problem of even a solution?

2/2Edit: corr. kernel 6.8 not 6.3
