I have an idea for a special reward in Dungeons & Dragons. It is a hoard of vases that magically contain a multitude of different voices. When an able warlock finds the hoard, they can obtain these voices, thus acquiring an upgrade to their Mask of Many Faces invocation: any disguise created with that invocation will now include a perfectly fitting voice.
I call it: The Mask of Many Vases. It's like the Mask of Many Faces, but the faces are voiced.
When etymologists cannot agree on the origin of a word, they may resort to fighting among themselves with dance-like back and forth arguments of whether the word is an imitation of a sound found in nature.
This dance-fighting style is known as ‘onomatopoeira’.

Do you know why verbs like rain can never back up a claim?
Because they have no arguments.

I am still cry-laughing at this screenshot of my medical clinic's portal, they are REALLY dedicated to accessibility
