@kev I currently have a #samsunggalaxy tab A4 with #lineageos on it. It is #Google free and I exclusively use #aurorastore anonymously. Does the trick for me. You can also degoogle many other tablets with #lineagos or as others have said #GrapheneOS and similar

Siguen las buenas experiencias, ahora utilizando /e/ OS, que es un fork de #Lineagos
Mientras menos apps que sean privativas o utilicen redes de datos privativas uses, mejor anda.

Usando conversations, mastodon, un cliente de mail, mapas de osmand+, calendario y contactos con caldav, anda de maravillas.
Telegram X también anda bien. Whatsapp ya ni pruebo.

J'ai régulièrement des plantages (l'ordiphone redémarre sans rien demander) avec #lineagos
J'ai l'impression que ça se produit quand je suis dans une zone où il n'y a pas de réseau GSM.

Ich finde, ihr solltet wissen, dass #lineagos 18.1 (android11) erschienen ist. Eine Liste der offiziell unterstützten Geräte findet sich bei xda:

Jetzt könnte der übliche Rant folgen ... warum sich eigentlich niemand wundert, dass Software nur noch 99ct kostet, bzw. gratis ist ... warum man sein Handy entweder wegschmeißen, oder zumindest #lineagos und #fdroid installieren sollte

Aber auch mit #lineagos bist du ja nicht automatisch frei von #Google... Datenabfluss Richtung Google zu vermeiden ist mindestens aufwendig.

Received the #motog7 today. I barely got to look at it for a minute or so and then parental obligations kicked in. That's the life of a commuter; see your family for 3 hours every evening and leave early in the morning in the dark while they are all asleep. This weekend might be ideal for installing #lineagos. But first, #Motorola must be contacted to get the bootloader unlock code.
