My line for today: I'm not really into sports, but I can spend hours watching a Japanese chef make tamagoyaki.

I often play videos ambiently on a small monitor: ASMR haircuts, shoe shines, walking tours of distant cities, or canal boat trips. But, anything food related is too engrossing. I can't tear my eyes away from a rolled omelet being formed.
