I don't suppose anybody knows where I can buy food grade 96% #ethanol for less than £17/litre? There's #Limoncello on the cards. And other 'cellos too if that works out.

#Limoncello di Sorrento:

1 litre of pure alcohol, 1 litre of water, 800g of sugar and the thinly sliced zest of 10 unwaxed organic lemons. Add to a jar and shake well once a day for at least 10 days. Tada!
