Bevanda a base di #vino bianco (85%) e #limoncello (15%). Dal gusto molto fresco, estivo, di limone e la tessitura frizzantina.
Consigliato per i venerdì sera in cui finisce a filmazzo e pizza gourmet surgelata a casa.
Ma anche se hai amici in casa per un aperitivo, va bene. Ma quest'ultima cosa non la saprò mai perché non mi fido delle mie conoscenze in Germania.Formato da 75cl, 10% vol, prezzo circa 3€.

Take 10 unwaxed organic lemons and remove the zest leaving as much white behind as you can as this adds bitterness. Add the zest to 800g of sugar, 1 litre of water and 1 litre of pure alcohol. Steep for 10 days minimum, giving it a shake once a day...

As we all know, #bitters are a crucial ingredient for many #cocktails. A few old recipes referred to (defunct) peach bitters. When Fee Brothers began producing them I took it on myself to see if I could come up with a few cocktails that might be able to make good use of it.
