I turned a corner and saw the lights still on from the ceiling.
As I wandered into this room, it was clearly an old stage production. But of what? The cast, the crew, are all long gone.
The stage remains.
The show must go on.

I continued my trek through the long basement corridor. I found a room merely labeled "the frog." I don't quite understand.
So, I walked in and saw a single caged chair. It stood there beneath the low light of the room, smiling.
Keys hung on the wall with a sign which read, "Don't open."
But the seat looked so inviting. As I began to unlock the door, I could swear that the smile on the chair was getting wider...

As I wandered the halls, I found a staircase down into a darkened room. The floor was illuminated in what looked like almost a concrete cage.
But no one was there. Papers were scattered throughout.
The pillars were tight. There was barely a gap for my arm, let alone a person. I wondered how they escaped.
That's when I heard footsteps behind me...

I continued down the corridors of the old university. The classroom was just a few doors down when I saw some flickering lights. It was dim, but I peeked in. A library in such disrepair, with no books. It's just wrong.
As I walked in, I saw one book laying there, open. Couldn't read it at first, so I pulled out my flashlight. Something about...a temporal shift. Not sure if I should read further...

As I traversed the island, I found a strange staircase that brought me into a surprising old bank vault. The lighting was on and all the vault boxes were locked. What was most surprising was just an apple...sitting there on the ground.
This room had to have been empty for years, so I'm not sure how the apple got there. And why it looked so tempting...

I descended a long staircase and found myself in an oddly lit room. For some reason, there were two washing machines here. I'm not sure why.

I opened another doorway and the room was just so bright. So very bright.
As I walked in, it just got brighter and brighter. Some form of aggressively clean, white walls. I was squinting hard in the brightness of the room when there, on the ground was a single glass.
I was so thirsty.
