The Met Office has put out a weather warning for tomorrow afternoon for northern England.
Apparently Storm Lilian is on its way, and all I can really think of for some reason is the character "Lilo Lil" from the sitcom Bread, and I fully expect the streets of Liverpool to be lined with scousers tomorrow looking up at the sky and yelling SHE IS A TART!!!
