Increíble que unas ventanas nuevas supongan una diferencia tan evidente en aislamiento de ruido y biruji.
Me da por pensar en el esfuerzo que supone para los tiesos poder acceder a este tipo de 'comodidades'. Si ya lo tenía claro, esto me lo confirma, este nudo que siento, varios en realidad, cuello, estómago, cabeza; son como coágulos de indignación, rabia que poner en claro. Como decía, lo tengo clarinete: la vida del currela es aguantar. Aguantar el ruido, las aglomeraciones, los abusos de los que se creen y pueden actuar como superiores; aguantar el frío, los madrugones, no caer exhaustos cada día, no pensar mucho; aguantar mientras que se nos muestra a los explotadores como modelo, a los que no tienen nuestros problemas como ejemplo para hacernos sentir inútiles, insuficientes, innecesarios. Eso sí, ya no les regalo mi resignación. En la grieta de la resistencia crío animales extraños, cultivo semillas que alumbrarán plantas ingobernables, flores con olores que no puedan captar.
Estoy contento con mis ventanas nuevas. Pero cada día soporto menos esta desigualdad, este estupor, esta batalla con enemigos equivocados. Nos aturden para que mordamos el brocal, para que acatemos la brida. He pagado un dineral por un poco más de silencio y bienestar térmico, pienso utilizarlo para combatir ese aturdimiento.
Por lo demás, buena siesta, de las de no saber si es siesta o levantamiento de cadáver. Ligotti retorciéndome las circunvoluciones como solo él sabe, jodío genio de lo extraño, viscoso e inquietante. Quiero ser un escritor pasao de rosca de uno de sus relatos, jartarme de café a horas intempestivas, que lo extraño y lo bizarro me disuelva. Me fascina cómo escribe er nota este.
Hoy cenaremos pizza. Federico, el gato, ronca como una persona. Cuando lance este tut respiraré hondo, cerraré unos instantes los ojos, dejaré que se caiga la costra y me dejaré ir a cualquier hacer, decir o sentir improductivo.

After the harrowing events of 1999, countless children were left orphaned, leading to a surge in the demand for orphanages and child care centers. Many of these children, devastated by the loss of their parents, frequently displayed bouts of crying and disturbed sleep. In an attempt to calm them, some overwhelmed caretakers narrated the tale of the "Cherub of Tears"—a goblin-like figure who was said to prey on weeping children, consuming their tears by attaching her mouth over their eyes and drinking all their tears, rendering them blind. This tale was initially seen as a mere nursery bogey to encourage good behavior. However, unsettling accounts of children found blind with peculiar marks around their eyes started to surface, lending a sinister aura to the myth. The Arithym were the tainted Mythra who survived the Tanin Fall, also known as the First Darkness. Much about these beings remains shrouded in mystery, but they were notorious for wearing demonic masks that concealed their horrifying faces, visages so dreadful that merely looking upon them induced madness. The Arithym, now believed to be extinct, frequently used serpent lines to conjure dark energies and spawn malicious creatures and beasts. Sometimes, they would employ dark technologies to harness energies from various bolgias, embodying their power. Little is known about the Arithym's demise, but the shadow of their existence lingers.

Shortly after the Great Darkness of 1999, a series of bizarre objects, monuments, and places were discovered, known as obscura. One of the most peculiar among these is the Skyrail. The Skyrail is a massive, gothic-style roller coaster that stretches across the entire country. Its track traverses through the ruins of skyscrapers, deep underground caves, soars thousands of feet up into the sky, and reaches other difficult-to-access locations. There have been some attempts to dismantle it, but supporters of the Nocturnalist movement have fervently lobbied to keep it intact. Infamously, one individual, known as Janus the Two-Faced Psychopath, attempted to ride this monstrous roller coaster. During his daring escapade on the behemoth thrill ride, he wore the demeanor of a recluse who had never before ventured outside his home.

Sathoniss, known as the Unbegotten of Darkness, reigns over the Bolgia of Endless Night. Little is understood about this Unbegotten, except that it is timeless and without origin. The Noxxites, pejoratively referred to as "Dark Hats," are suspected of worshipping this entity. Sathoniss is believed to have existed in the First Darkness, the initial black void before the suns were ignited, but was repelled back to its own realm when the suns mysteriously came to life. The Bolgia of Endless Night is thought to be comprised of this First Darkness, which threatens to consume the universe once more if Sathoniss gains a foothold in our current universe.

The Wakeless are a sinister race of beings originating from a realm within the Great Unconscious known as the Harrows. They infiltrate our world through dreams, haunting humans with the most terrifying of nightmares. Gradually, they manage to possess the slumbering bodies of their targets, gaining the ability to traverse the Earth and manipulate reality in the same way as they would a dream. Other Wakeless entities can impregnate women during their dreams, leading these women to ultimately give birth to living nightmares called Marelings. The city of New Victoria, formerly known as Old Boston, has become the terrestrial stronghold of the Wakeless and the Marelings, and currently remains isolated from the rest of the world.
