The airport architect appears to have constrained the presence of brand colors, they dofferentiate with type, typography, ligarures, apostrophes. Finland doesn't conspicuously capitalise on Halloween.

I think it is #Adobe #Garamond.
Adobe is infamous for introducing a »Th« #ligature, which i also got in my text.
Looks like you have to switch on the »Stylistic Alternates« to get this Q.
