    I've always hated #running & never do it recreationally or otherwise.

    I'd rather drive. LOL!!!😉

    On the other hand, I was a dedicated #weightlifter for many years which contributed to a physique that you don't often see in Asian men of my age but arthritis that later developed in my right elbow prevented me from doing basic upper body work, like pushups & pullups, so I stopped #lifting & started #rowing instead.

    I now row 15k meters a day in sets of 2.5k meters each for a combined 2 hrs of exercise a day & I've never been in better shape in my life.😊

  9. Really productive week at the #gym. Started using the new #Workouts app from #JeffNippard. I like the capability to plot out progressive overload in exercise sets over the course of the training program. It could really use a web site, though, instead of being app-only.
