Ich bin immer etwas irritiert, wenn bei "Das Gesetz der Lidia Poët" französische Musik läuft oder zum Abschied "au revoir" gesagt wird. Ich habe jetzt sogar nachgesehen: die Serie spielt natürlich in Italien, sie ist auch eine italienische Produktion, absolut nichts französisches dabei. Ich kapier's nicht.
Die echte Lidia Poët sprach außer Italienisch wohl noch Deutsch und Englisch. Das kann es also auch nicht sein.

But … Lidia is a dedicated truth-sleuth, and the stories are well-told
the costumes are lush and the sets decorated with great love -
The Law According to Lidia Poët on Netflix is a rare period piece where the female lead explicitly has multiple sexual partners and isn't shamed for it (most notably, not by the show writers).
More not-shaming of women for their choices, whatever those might be, in stories set in all time periods, please.

I just realized who Dario Alta who plays Andrea, the roguish FWB in The Law According to Lidia Poët, reminds me of.
It's Waël Sersoub, who plays Paul (the fuckboy) in MILF (2018).
Sersoub is on the left in the beach photo from MILF below.
Alta is on the left in the second dark, indoor photo.
It's partly that they are both playing cocky characters but more that there's some similar physiognomy.
I'd love to see them cast together!
