#Linux experts (#Mint #Debian):
Who has recommendations for...
(1) Graphical #cron-job editor
(2) Graphical #Systemd editor - specifically timers
(3) Graphical file-share / #Samba configurator
(4) Graphical File transfer client (SFTP/S3), like Cyberduck
(5) Video editor (similar to #FinalCutPro on #MacOS)
(6) Easy to use vector drawing tool (Simpler and easier than #inkscape )
(7) Simple document editor (I used to like #AbiWord back in the day - #LibreWriter feels very complicated to me) -
Urgent LibreOffice help, I need to not have this block my day of job applications.
I've been recommended a new resume layout, but I can't get this section to be not spaced very wide.
The only difference between the two screenshots is having 3 columns applied to the section. My bullet style doesn't have extra spacing, but once it is in 3 columns the spread out :(

Edit: Solved

LibreWriter 25.4:

Back to original LibreOffice document, open in Microsoft Word, which does support ODT. Surprise, everything looks fine, you can even add more list items to it.
Save and back to LibreOffice: Bang! Everything is on Level 1.
ODT is a standard. How can that be? Are we still not focused on one thing and one thing only: Create an alternative to MS Office that _ordinary people_ can use without getting a headache! That Just Works?!
I'm left pondering whom to file bugs with.

I've switched nearly completely to LibreOffice, and am delighted with it. With one exception:
When you toggle character formatting in LibreWriter (i.e. Ctrl-B, Ctrl-U, Ctrl-I, etc) the character formatting gets applied to the ENTIRE WORD, and typically applied to the trailing space as well. I want to be able to turn formatting on and off as I type (like a freaking toggle).
I use EXTENSIVE character formatting in my work documents, and this is driving me nuts. Is there a fix for this?
(Yes, I've already searched for this. And if I have to learn coding or use even more keystrokes, it's not a fix)

Ah! "GLIEDERUNGSFALTEN" in LibreWriter! (Version 24.8)
