turning on my tv and having to wait like a full minute or so to adjust the volume...oh, it's time to get a #RaspberryPi and make my own little media thing

@schmaker já úplně neporadím, protože mám jinej use case. Nepotřebuji SteamLink a Tidal bych si pouštěl přes receiver.

Máme doma jen projektor, telku vůbec nevedeme. Vyhovuje nám kombinace #Kodi přes #rpi s #LibreELEC (a koukám, že tam je plugin i na ten SteamLink) a obsah streamujeme přes #Emby

Android TV pro mě není jednoduše proto, že to je další uzavřený crap, který nebude mít security podporu. Počítám, že tam některý věci budou jednodušší, ale naštěstí nevím, že mi chybí :)

How I could get a #LibreELEC Image into a #LXC or #VM container and AutoStart it on boot without interaction?

In best case without the need that this container use the graphic core exclusively.

I have to use one device for several usecases, but I do wish to split my #Mediacenter from other #SelfHosting projects.

Ich mag weder die Bedienberflächen von Smart-TV, noch die Datensammelei der Hersteller.

Ich nutze einen Raspberry-PI mit #libreelec und #Kodi als Zuspieler. Da alles so einrichten wie ich will, inklusive Einbindung lokaler Inhalte.

I continued with LibreELEC the Kodi Raspberry Pi installation.

LibreELEC is a wonderful distro to play with.

Twój "SmartTV fulhd czteryKa super HaDeeR" coraz bardziej Cię irytuje i ogranicza? Czas go wymienić na LibreELEC! Tzn. nie cały telewizor, tylko samo "Smart". W dzisiejszym wpisie przeczytacie o tym, jak zbudować i skonfigurować własne domowe centrum multimedialne i uwolnić się od oprogramowania narzucanego przez producentów TV. Zapraszam do lektury!

Es kann auch "Open E-Learning-Center Niedersachsen" heißen. Aber auch dort versteht man unter "#Tablets" ausschließlich Geräte eines einzigen Herstellers, den ich zudem mit dem Begriff "Open" nicht unbedingt in Verbindung bringe. ...
