Library Shelfie Day 2026
An jedem vierten Mittwoch im Januar findet der internationale Library Shelfie Day statt. Bibliotheken weltweit zeigen dabei einen kreativen Blick auf ihre Regale, Arbeitsplätze und auf die Menschen, die täglich Wissen zugänglich machen. Mit „Shelfies“ wird sichtbar, wie vielfältig, lebendig und inspirierend Bibliotheken sind.

Apparently it’s #LibraryShelfieDay so here is our Graphic Novel, Manga, and Picture Book section at work. We’ve grown this collection from a tiny half shelf into the 6 full shelves (plus baskets) of graphic novels, 5 shelves of manga and an overflowing display of picture books.
