  6. One thing I refuse to understand, is the fact that kids (6 to 18) do not want to read physical books, they do not even want to read eBooks!
The only way you can program technical parts of your mind in a proper manner is by reading and processing books 📚 then you have to put that theoretical knowledge into practical knowledge while you learn the real part of that technical field. This manner of thinking works with all fields. Those of us who have been here a long time know how important it is to read.

Many catastrophic failures which occur in real life, these past 20 years, simply happen because those who are in charge were always avoiding to read books. They were reading just what they needed to pass the grade and to pass whatever studies they were doing

In the end you have a professional who knows nothing about his or her field and needs the expertise from professionals like me who have been reading ever since they were four years old.

When we finally leave whatever profession we are at, those who are left behind know nothing about that field, because they refused to learn what we taught them.

And when disaster strikes they will simply blame it on something else but themselves leaving behind them a wake of Destruction

That is why it is important to interest the young ones, to start reading Stephen King and other fantastic writers, so that we can save a few of them, to make them not only enjoy what they read, but to make better professionals out of them, now or a couple of decades later

  11. As Christines pages went though my fingers at a rapid pace, I realized how good Stephen could write. I also understood that no one could ever totally capture the story on Film, because your mind makes the words start living, in a way only you know, others cant capture that.

When Chrsitine grabbed her first victim, I knew she was evil, yet profoundly attractive, a fact that made me fly over the pages even more.

At the end it was 06:00 I started to read the day bvefore at 16:00 hrs.
When I ran to school (bike) I was told to explain why I came in class at 06:56 You had to be in Meeke Kowsolea's class at no later that 06:52.
My story of reading Christine was a great speech, with Meeke, my GB English teacher floating at my lips, as I told with proper buildup, who and what christine was, giving a 90 minute unprepared speech of the book, going into all gruesome details of what she did, and only revealing that Christine was a car after a significant while.

In the end I received a standing ovation from Meeke and my classmates who all wanted to read Stephen's books. Meeke was very pleased with my speech and gave me a 9.8 the highest ever for and improptu speech, which counted for 33 1/3 % of my english grade that quarter

  16. What have you been reading today? As you all know reading expands your knowledge in your fields of interest. Reading for entertainment is better than looking at a movie of the same book.

I for one, first **READ** Christine by Stephen King, before watching the bland excerpt which never can capture the dark minded fantasies of the author.

Christine has been the first book I've read bny Stephen and I was glued to the pages, letting my own fantasies create even more elaborate stories upon the main line, while reading this awsome book, as I was in class 409 of our Lyceum school, one level before University of SR. The shool had three of the 6 years still in place and the Onderwijs Bibliotheek was a regularly visited place for me, a kid who started riding bikes on two wheels at the age of two (!)

I could never get books by Stephen since they were always lended out.

The librarian told me I needed to get the book back in 72 hours since many wanted it, but that dark tuesday I was the only one to ask for it, as Christine was sitting on the shelf behind her...

When I raced home, I took my bath, did the homework and then started with getting to know Christine.

The physical media made a profound impact upon me, as I went through the pages. I did not know that She was a car, a possessed car. Then I realized that Christine was purrimg stationary, idling at just 648 RPM, when I picked her up from the shelf.

I read Chrsitine in just one day. Did NOT sleep, because I needed to know how the story progressed
