Hitting the last hour or so of the #Expanse series. Gonna finish up #LeviathanFalls while mowing.

@joel I'm currently reading #LeviathanFalls. I'm telling you the series is good all the way through :)

Started _Leviathan Falls_ by James S.A. Corey. It’s the ninth and final novel in The Expanse series.

It's a dark, miserable wet day... and looks like it will be for the whole day.
I think that's a good enough reason to finally get cracking on this book... I've started it twice now, and then left it so long that I forgot what I'd read already.
I think a part of me doesn't want to read it because it's the final book in the series, and I don't want it to be over. It's been a part of my life for 10yrs now.
I even rewatched the TV show again instead.

Finally finished #Malazan book 9, Dust of Dreams. Only one. more. left! (because lolno I ain't gonna read the books by the second author.)
Also, Malazan is why my "books read" this year is only 5 books, but ~5,000 pages. (Malazan books 6, 7, 8, 9, and then also #LeviathanFalls aka #TheExpanse book 9)
May have to consciously select the shorter and/or more upbeat books from my to-read list next year 😓

Finished reading The Expanse's last book Leviathan Falls.
I enjoyed it a lot, the ending was somewhat satisfying, though they could have expanded it over more pages than they really did and omitted the epilogue.
I wouldn't call it exactly rushed, but it had the precipitousness that comes from executing a bad idea to its unmovable finality.

Finally, the day has arrived.
Soon it will all be over and I will undoubtedly be sad.
