Joined a succession game of Dwarf Fortress on one of my discords. Haven’t done anything yet, but we get to name one of the dwarves so I picked the (only so far) dwarf with a pet cat for mine.

Here we are, the final stream of our adventures through not dying and destroying the entire server.
I mean it when I say that I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this challenge; every night we survived, mob dodged, every creeper neutralized, every enderman death, every simple mistake, every wrong pearl toss, every executive decision, every trip too far, every forgotten pair of blast protection golden legs with pants. Every death had weight, meaning, and offered a chance to start anew with an entirely novel world to explore and build in.
I know I'm just explaining the parts of how Hardcore Mode works, but being able to Share that Hardcore experience with friends made all the difference.
Season 1 was where we learned to survive by trial by fire. Season 2 was where we learned to live and thrive in such environments.
I hope you all enjoyed the series as much as everyone involved had playing. Thank you all for following along, and I hope to see you all again for whatever Season 3 may one day look like.

Here we go, the penultimate stream from Season 2 of our Shared Hardcore attempts, there's not much left so place your bets now, will we defeat a Wither, scour a dungeon, best a Warden? Have we already done any of those? Who knows, you'll have to watch the season to find out! I certainly can't remember at this point!
In all seriousness this was a blast, an experience I've found myself musing over from time to time since we stopped, and one that I would gladly return to.
We still have one more VOD for Monday, so for now I'll just say I hope you've been enjoying this little experiment of ours, and I'll see y'all next week!
