Day 109 of my #365project. Four more from my visit to The Paramount Theatre, built in 1928, in Seattle, WA to see Cameron Mackintosh’s production of Les Misérables last night. I am so happy this cast was the first live performance of the show for me. They were phenomenal.

I have this old and well loved copy of the Les Mis mass market paperback that's been slowly but surely falling apart. It's been with me to three countries, served as my pillow in desperate situations, and been a source of comfort through many hardships! So I decided to give it a much needed rebind today. There are some things I wish I'd done differently, but it will certainly do! And I'm pretty happy with it. And, most importantly, it will give this poor copy many more years of being loved (and of being read instead of sitting on a shelf!). 🧵

At our rehearsal venue early today- we always clean the downstairs part of the community centre ina Wednesday, and here is Rich checking over the guns for the act 2 revolution scenes. We use cap guns which have been made in the style of antique flintlocks. Over the years the mechanisms can get a bit worn so they all need a check over and test firing
