We had lescó for dinner tonight - a Hungarian dish of capsicum peppers and onions cooked with sliced smoked paprika sausage, known as kolbász. (The Hungarian Artisan in Tauranga makes authentic kolbász. Highly recommended.) Lescó is a very traditional Hungarian dish and while similar to ratatouille in style, it is *not* the same. This was delicious!

Aunque por lo que me han comentado, el #LESCO es más o menos compatible con el lenguaje de señas estadounidense (#ASL) así que a rato puedo jugármela empezando con recursos gratis del último y luego ponerme al día
