#LeonardMaltin gave Cuban Rebel Girls (1959 - AKA Assault Of The Rebel Girls and Attack Of The Rebel Girls) a BOMB (his worst rating). He noted that the film was shot on location during the Castro revolution.
His final verdict:
> Of interest only to see Flynn teamed with his final girlfriend, 16-year-old Aadland.
I looked it up and #ErrolFlynn did have a relationship with Beverly Aadland from when she was around 15 till his death two years later. Their relationship is appearantly depicted in the #KevinKline/#DakotaFanning film The Last of Robin Hood (2013) which might be better than the Cuban Rebels Girls, but not much better.

In the 1990s my main guide to film was a copy of #LeonardMaltin's Movie Guide. I used it to find out about movies by my favorite actors and directors. I literally read through the entirety of my first copy and marked which films I'd seen.
I didn't always agree with Maltin but if he gave a movie three and a half or four stars I thought it was worth tracking down while most movies he rated one and a half stars or BOMB (Bottom Of The Barrel) were safe to ignore (unless someone I trusted contradicted his opinion).
I am curious if #FilmBuffs from the era (80s-90s) had the guide (poll) and also what they thought of it (comment).

#LeonardMaltin declared 1973’s #ExecutiveAction a "bomb" in his Movie Guide, calling it an "excruciatingly dull thriller [that] promised to clear the air about JFK's assassination but was more successful at clearing theaters".
Personally I think it's better than that, if nothing great. Got to see it in 35m several years ago as part of a ‘70s conspiracy thriller series.
