For my 'birthday' holiday this year (2024) we visited Herefordshire and visited quite a few places including Leominster.
Leominster (pronounced “Lemster”) is a historic market town located in Herefordshire, England, near the border with Wales. It lies about 12 miles north of Hereford and is known for its rich history, charming architecture, and rural setting.
Alas as you can see we picked an unfortunate time to visit as non of the rural market town charm was visible, instead we witnessed the much needed revamp of the pedestrianised of the town center.
