  1. Someone somewhere got hired to make a video about #Nikon building what they build and only ~7k people have seen it. How unfair is it that some random blogger out there is wrong about cameras with millions of views? Anyway, its not great, but its not bad either:

    Bin gespannt.

  3. The changing #nature of how we perceive the natural world through #lenses that pick up and process #light that our naked eye does not ... makes for an interesting and scary story in times to come #photography #iphone

  4. There's something satisfying about seeing a legendary lens reduced to a handful of precisely calculated curves. I recreated some classic optical schematics of lenses as wallpapers. If you know a fellow camera nerd who'd appreciate this, send them the link!

  5. I have currently decided on the "perfect" pocket camera to pair with my phone.

    Olympus OM-D E-M5 mkII
    with the
    Panasonic 35-10Omm f4-5.6 lense (70-200 f8-11.2 full frame eqiv.)

    Cost: $500-600

So here's the question: can anyone suggest something better? Point-and-Shoots are for sure considered. Smaller? Cheaper? I love the controls on the Olympus, though they can be sacrificed for a more pocketable camera with the same lense quality.

  6. Taken with Canon R10 but the light was failing so the RF100-400 (normally brilliant) wasn't at its best. #photography #camera #canon #lenses
