Legs & Co perform to Saturday Night Band - "Come on dance dance".
Saturday Night Band were the house band of Prelude Records, a New York disco label.
The dance troupe are in colourful exercise clothes, complete with towels.
And then, with a complete inevitability, the tracksuits come off, and centrist dads everywhere play their favourite game - guess what's beneath!
