While on the train I was trying to brainstorm some offbeat ways to do legal research when I came up with this idea: what if every piece of legal material (cases, legislation etc) had their own social media account ala twitter? Mind you, this is not an aggregator -- the account is run by the material itself. Turns out this is not so straightforward, as AI keeps defaulting to a news account. Worth building? #LegalTech #LegalInnovation #LegalDesign #FutureOfLaw #LegalResearch

2023, and we still have this kind of legal nonsense with a disabled checkbox that means that you must scroll to the bottom of the Terms & Conditions before checking the consent box, as if scrolling means "read and understood".
Not to mention the awful UX of a doc inside iframes.
