Ran a half marathon distance today. Very slowly but finally building back up! Everything hurts now though! Need to get myself out of bed to do my yoga. #running #LeedsMarathon

So 5 months after a nasty fall on my knee on a trail race and barely any running since, my MRI shows some meniscus damage but no tear thankfully. Told surgery not advisable and to continue with all the strengthening work and build my #running back up gradually. So relieved! #LeedsMarathon looking possible!
