Also surprising, 35% projects that have #LEEDCertification are residential and at least partly single-family homes!

When I interviewed in 2018 at building firms, I *still* had companies tell me that #sustainabledesign was a nice-to-have but only at the client's request (i.e. they would figure out #LEEDcertification on the fly rather than making it a service offering at their practice)
