It seems like every law school *tells* faculty candidates that their school is "collegial."
But, uh...that's not always the case.
How can a school that is *actually* collegial effectively convey that fact to faculty candidates?

Just had a conversation with an attorney who is interesting in developing a design patent course they could teach as an adjunct.
I am 100% in favor of more design patent education and would be happy to talk to anyone else who's interested in trying to pitch something like this to a law school.

Curious (and quite naïve) about this initiative by highly-ranked #LawSchools to boycott the (in)famous ranking of US #HigherEd institutions.
A cynical reflex would point to a self-serving gesture among deans of high privilege schools… How would that work, though?
And given the state of Higher Education worldwide, I’m keenly interested in how we reassess the relative values of diverse establishments. -
