Update: #JackSmith back to judge Chutkin with rebuttal of Trump flea bag atty #Lauro request for more time....specifically noting Trump/Attys delay tactics.
Result: #JudgeChutkin does NOT grant delay. Trump must respond to Govt's request for Protective Order w/ reasons why he doesn't agree & specifically, what changes they would make to it.
Quite the difference between having a competent Judge taking no BS already and Aileen "Maga" Cannon.

Honestly, I wouldn't be so upset if they decided that conspiracy to defraud and free speech were equivocal. I have a lot of fraud-criming I'd like to do before I leave this god-forgotten rock, and most of it requires conspiring with at least one other person. I feel like it would be far easier to onboard these various other folks if they knew we could hide behind the first amendment.
