what are your thoughts? i trust you here because singleness is typically the preferred action over here and those are the options in my dilemma. pursuing friendship with potential of pre/marital commitment or pursuing friendship only and remaining single

i do have a history of watching saints unscripted (i know, i know. but when they talk about us (#RLDS / #CommunityofChrist) i tell the truth in the comments. bc they don't do diligent research. or talk to us apparently.")

this sister in the zoom group i was in has a lithograph accurate portrait of joseph smith jr. like girl...
i have to try really hard not to look at him in meetings but his face takes up more space than hers. and is unblinking.
i barely notice the temple on the other side.

it means a lot to me for the church to recognize that as a mistake. my current D&C only has the number and is like, "section was moved to the appendix in X year and the appendix was removed in Y year" so you know something was there but have to really research to know what it was

i'm a layperson and still developing confidence in my interpretation and usage of scripture. the audience is mostly older white people, but not exclusively. the audience is important to know for any message.
