If you buy a 1 year ticket #mvg (the #365ticket 365 ticket) it is still called an "abo" even though it is NOT RENEWED automatically even though you sign a #lastschriftmandat on paper. It is an abo that is not an abonnement. Hu? The whole thing is stored in a database and I have an app ( #mvgo ) & do they message you to say "Hey Dude, your one-off payment for the abo that is not has run out! Please pay again. Love, the city of #Munich." NO. If you try to renew online you land in no-return menus.

Ich habe gerade ein #Ticket über lieblingstickets.de bestellt. Leider wird die #Zahlung beim #SEPA-Lastschriftverfahren letztendlich über #PayPal# abgewickelt. Irrtümlicherweise habe ich das #Lastschriftmandat zweimal erteilt.

Nun habe ich leider keine Möglichkeit, PayPal per Email zu erreichen. Ein Konto will ich mir nicht einrichten.

Ich habe es dann telefonisch versucht, aber das Gespräch wurde seitens PayPal abgebrochen.

Ich lasse es jetzt einfach mal auf mich zukommen und hoffe, es wird nicht doppelt abgebucht. Am Ende beider Emails steht der Hinweis:

Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese E-Mail keine Zahlungsbestätigung ist. Ihre Zahlung wird in einer separaten E-Mail bestätigt.

Schlimmstenfalls werde ich nach der Veranstaltung eine Abbuchung rückbelasten.

Weiß jemand von Euch näheres hierzu?

Jedenfalls wenn man es ausfüllen, ausdrucken, unterschreiben, einscannen und unverschlüsselt irgendwo hin mailen soll. 😬
